• A delegation from Asharqia Chamber visits Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s Chambers and participates in an international oil conference

    Asharqia Chamber will participate in a high-level delegation comprising the Chairman and members of its Board of Directors and its Secretariat at Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), which will be held on Monday, November 12 in Abu Dhabi, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.

     

    The chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad al-Ammar al-Khalidi,

     Said that the Chamber's participation in the exhibition comes in order to exchange experiences and identify best practices that will develop the business sector associated with oil and gas.

     He pointed out that the exhibition is a global platform for the exchange of administrative and technical expertise and is one of the top three exhibitions within the oil and gas sector in the world.

     

    During its visit to the United Arab Emirates, the Chamber delegation will visit Abu Dhabi and Dubai's Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi in order to view the exhibition of trade routes in the Arabian Peninsula and the exhibition of the masterpieces of the effects of Saudi Arabia through the ages, which opened this month.

     

    Al-Khalidi stressed the historical depth between the two brotherly countries, which is strengthened by ties of blood, inheritance and one destiny, until their relations have surpassed the concept of joint cooperation between the neighboring countries to the integration of various political or economic issues.

    He added, "The two countries adopt wise attitudes, moderate positions, and clear visions on all issues. The two countries are the poles of relations and interactions not only in the Gulf system, but in the regional system as a whole."​
